Hello lovelies and Happy Fall! Well, at least  it is officially Fall here on the East Coast. September has been such a busy month for me, with work, testing new products and planning new  reviews. However, I’ve been very excited about the new beauty and skincare products I’ve tried so far. I’m  also happy I finally get to share this particular one with you today – the Valentia Pure Glow Brightening Moisturizer.

Here is the description from the  Valentia website:

This is my favorite Valentia skincare product to date! The Pure Glow Brightening Moisturizer lives up to its name.

Hi everyone! This summer I was one of the lucky people chosen by Influenster to review the Hourglasss Vanish Seamless Foundation Sitck & Brush set!

I’ve never used a stick foundation before, so I was very excited – and a little nervous- to try this! The appearance of the product alone is beautiful (see pictures below) and it received rave reviews on Sephora, but of course I had to test it and see for myself if it really lived up to its reputation.

Hello lovelies and Happy Summer! I hope that you all had a wonderful and a relaxing July 4th! This last month was stressful, so I took a little break from blogging to enjoy some much needed R&R at the beach! One way I try to relieve stress when I have a busy day (or week!) is to try to find a few minutes to pamper myself. Even during the course of my busiest week, I can usually find 15 minutes to do a face mask. I encourage and challenge everyone to do the same! You can watch your favorite trashy TV show while the mask is actively nourishing your skin! Or, if you’re really pressed for time, you can work at your computer or do chores (cleaning can also be a stress-relieving activity- well it is for me anyway!) and still reap the benefits of a face mask.  Which brings me to the latest mask I’ve been testing: the Skin Detoxifying Clay Mask by Valentia Skin Care!

Hi friends! As you know, some time has gone by since my last review. This Spring has been a whirlwind, I have been so busy that I had to put blogging on hold for a couple of weeks. I also wanted to take some time to test new skincare products, which allows me to see the long term effects. The product I’m reviewing today is the Valentia Clear Lift Revitalizing Serum.  Valentia has become one of my favorite natural skincare brands ever since I reviewed the True Glow Eye Cream & Ultra Plumping Hydration Mask (to read the review, click on this link https://wordpress.com/post/chicprettyfun.com/1216).

Applying a serum is an essential part of my daily skincare routine. I  prefer to apply a serum at night. After cleansing and removing my makeup, I apply the Clear Lift Revitalizing Serum first, then after  a few minutes, I apply a night cream. Some of the results  I’ve experienced since using this serum are: brighter and better skin tone, less visible fine lines, better skin elasticity. In addition to that, the Clear Lift Revitalizing Serum is also very moisturizing (always a plus for people with dry skin like myself!). Unlike other serums I’ve tried in the past, this one is not thick or heavy, so you can use it all year round. Finally, it smells delicious! It has a very light natural citrus smell.

Hello everyone and Happy Spring!!! When Spring arrives I always feel the need to de-clutter and re-organize my closet and my makeup.
