OZ Naturals Broad Spectrum Tinted Sunscreen SPF 30

I received a free sample of the OZ Naturals Tinted Moisturizer in exchange for an honest review. OZ Naturals is a skincare brand that I love. I’ve tried and reviewed other products before (see previous post on the OZ Naturals 2.5% Retinol Serum) and have been very happy with the results.

Since I love to wear tinted moisturizer,  I thought this would be a great opportunity to try a product that I could easily incorporate into my skin regimen. Tinted sunscreen can be versatile and it can eliminate some steps in your daily makeup routine if you are looking to save some time.  During the cold months you can use it as a base for your makeup, while moisturizing your skin at the same time. In the summer, it can work alone – during the summer months my everyday makeup is usually just tinted moisturizer and bronzer.

The OZ Naturals Broad Spectrum Tinted Sunscreen is a new product. Here is the description from the OZ Naturals website (www.oznaturals.com):

After testing it for over two weeks, I can say that I love this product! When I first tried it, I was worried that the medium tint would be too dark for my complexion, but as you can see in the pictures below, it blends into the skin really well! While the color does not clash with my skin,  it gives it the illusion of a light tan, in addition to a nice glow!

Another positive for me is that the active ingredient is Zinc Oxide instead of Titanium Dioxide, which has recently been classified as a possible carcinogenic (see link http://www.ccohs.ca/headlines/text186.html).  Finally, it is very important to wear sunscreen on your face all year round, and with the OZ Naturals Tinted Sunscreen you get an SPF 30 sunscreen, in addition to a moisturizer and a medium tint to give you some color.
